About this card
It is card of membership system to be available only in use designation shop of TOMORROWLAND and online store.
Member's card has two kinds of card and mobile card.
It is available as mobile card if we display bar code by login or application with smartphones on page "Mai page" for exclusive use of member.
There is privilege service according to annual purchased amount.
※ Please be aware that certain benefits do not apply to purchases from directly-managed web stores.
※ Member can hold both card and mobile card.

How to apply
You receive receipt for MEMBER'S CARD or the new enrollment in use designation shop, and do you have you register WEB in members membership site?
It is available by subscribing by TOMORROWLAND direct management online store and official application newly.
※ There are no registration fees or annual membership fees.
※ You can use MEMBER'S CARD as mobile card by bar code indication of my page that you do not issue at true store in TOMORROWLAND formula application, direct management online store.

How to Earn Points
2% - 10% of points are added to every 1,000 yen of purchase amount of money according to annual purchased amount.
※ After subscribing, 5% of positive points are applied to birth the sun and the moon.
※ We cannot use positive point together. The points having high point rate are added.
※ 0.5% of flat points are added to OUTLET running a shop product and quality targeted for sale.

How to use points
We reduce the price of the point balance 1 yen every 1 point.

Card expiration date
Points will expire after two years from the last day the card was used. Membership will expire after five years.

Article 1 purpose

This member agreement established matter to observe about "TOMORROWLAND MEMBER'S CARD" for the purpose of "TOMORROWLAND MEMBER'S CARD" members having you enjoy shopping by various services and information each other.

Qualification of Article 2 member

A member means a person who agrees with "TOMORROWLAND Member's Card Membership Agreement," applies for "TOMORROWLAND Member's Card ('the Card')" with TOMORROWLAND CO., LTD ("the Company") and completes the specified procedure.

Article 3 member's card

Two kinds of "mobile card" using "card" using magnetism or bar code card and smartphone are on member's card. In addition, member can hold both card and mobile card.

  • Card
    1. When we have you propose the new enrollment in TOMORROWLAND MEMBER'S CARD use designation shop (it is said as follows with "use designation shop") or when member who already holds mobile card hopes for the card acquisition, we issue card one piece per one.

  • Mobile card
    1. Mobile card displays by the following methods and is available as member's card.

      You receive receipt and card for the new enrollment in visitor subscribed newly in TOMORROWLAND direct management online store (the following, direct management online store) or use designation shop and visitor who let you complete appointed registration displays bar code from "my page" or save and can use.

      Visitor who let smartphone tablet terminal complete TOMORROWLAND members sign-in after downloading displays member bar code of the application menu "MEMBER'S CARD" or stores Tomorrowland's official smartphone app and can use.

    2. Mobile card is not available in feature fonds.
    3. When smartphone tablet terminal is replaced by model changes, in responsibility of member, we shall have you acquire mobile card again.
    4. Member shall manage mobile card by responsibility of self.
    5. Only the person shall be available and transfers other than the person and cannot lend mobile card.

Article 4 enrollment fee, annual convention costs

As for the TOMORROWLAND MEMBER'S CARD, enrollment fee, annual convention costs are free entirely.

The use of Article 5 member's card

  • When he/she purchases product in use designation shop, member shall have you show member's card before payment. Member can use privilege of Article 6 only when member's card is shown.       Points cannot be transferred to a third party.

      We give point in use designation shop only when there is the presentation of point postscript receipt other than the day of the purchase.

    2. Calculation method of point

      Basic point is calculated at point rate depending on purchased amount (tax-excluded) a year. (sale product and OUTLET running a shop product set to 0.5 percent for purchased amount (tax-excluded) per one time of shopping uniformly.)

    3. Expiration date of point

    4. Using your points

      Member can use the point balance as 1 yen every 1 point.

Article 11 withdrawal

We shall be able to resign from member at any time and shall perform predetermined procedure on withdrawal. In addition, total point at the time of withdrawal and all membership benefits become invalid with completion of withdrawal procedure.

The loss of Article 12 membership, lapse of point

Naturally, in the case of next, we shall lose membership and the accumulation point.

  • When TOMORROWLAND MEMBER'S CARD is not used for five years
  • When the Company deems a case to be violation of this agreement
  • When when there is considerable reason that is hard to continue trust aggravation of member, qualification as other members, we judge in us

In addition, accumulation point shall lapse as we set of this agreement Article 6 1(3) when it is not used for two years from last use day.

Article 13 verboten

  • Act in conjunction with act to violate laws and ordinances or criminal act

Disclosure, correction, deletion of Article 17 personal information

When a customer asks for the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion of the personal information he/she has provided, upon confirmation that such request is made by the customer himself/herself, the request will be processed promptly within an appropriate standard.

In Article 18 book agreement matter in the case of disagreement

Change, etc. of Article 19 agreement and this service

  • We may perform change (we include change of usage of point rate or point, stop of grant of point, the abolition of point service, but are not precocious only for this) of condition of this agreement, contents of this service or this service offer without notifying member beforehand and we stop this service again or may be finished.
  • When disadvantage or the damage occurs to member by change, stop of foregoing paragraph or the end, we shall not take responsibility about these at all.

The use of Article 20 direct management online store

When we start the use of online store which we run, member adds to this agreement and shall obey "TOMORROWLAND online store Terms of Use".

Article 21 governing law and competent court

  • Governing law about this agreement assumes Japanese law.
  • About all disputes in conjunction with this agreement, we assume Tokyo District Court exclusive agreement competent court of the first trial.


Supplementary provisions
This agreement takes effect on March 1, 2011.
