About this card
MEMBER'S CARDs are member-exclusive point cards that may be used at designated TOMORROWLAND shops.
Cardholders may enjoy extra benefits depending on the annual purchase amount.
※ Please be aware that the card may not be used at department stores and certain shopping malls.
※ Please be aware that certain benefits do not apply to purchases from directly-managed web stores.

How to apply
After receiving the card at a store, please complete the registration process on either the member’s website or TOMORROWLAND official smartphone app.
Applications are also accepted at directly-managed web stores.
※ There are no registration fees or annual membership fees.

How to Earn Points
2% - 10% of points are added to every 1,000 yen of purchase amount of money according to annual purchased amount.
※ After subscribing, positive point is applied to birth the sun and the moon.
※ 0.5% of flat points are added to OUTLET running a shop product and quality targeted for sale.

How to use points
We reduce the price of 1 yen every one point of point now.
※ Sign-in is necessary for the use of point.
※ Please show MEMBER'S CARD or TOMORROWLAND formula application for the point use at store.

  • Purchased amount is calculated in the previous year a year from period until the end of February in this year from March 1 and updates every year on March 1. (Please present the MEMBER’S CARD at the time of check out for the purchase to be calculated towards the total annual purchase amount.)
    In 2016, exchanging purchased amount with purchased amount from February 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017 (13 months) a year and update on March 1, 2017. We convert annual purchased amount of 2017 on February 28, 2018 (12 months) from March 1, 2017 and update on March 1, 2018.
  • 0.5% of flat points are added, and OUTLET running a shop article and product targeted for sale are available.
  • Positive point service is 2%. Please be aware that an extra point service may not be combined with another extra point service. Only the "birthday extra point service" is available for directly managed web stores.
  • We intend for figure change, resize for malfunction in normally using, re-revision. We repair in OUTLET shop and can still less accept free service.

Card expiration date
Points will expire after two years from the last day the card was used. Membership will expire after five years.

How to check your points and expiration date
Please check the receipt from a purchase made with your card. You can also check points and expiration dates on the member’s website, TOMORROWLAND official smartphone app, and directly-managed web stores.

You will have priority access to new information.
In DM and e-mail magazine, I send information for product and event with precedence.

Article 1 (Membership)

A "member" shall refer to a person who agrees to the "TOMORROWLAND Member's Card Terms and Conditions" and requests an application for a TOMORROWLAND Member's Card (hereinafter referred to as the "Card") from TOMORROWLAND CO.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and completes the required procedures.

Article 2 (Issuance and Handling of the Card)

  • 1 (one) Card shall be issued to a customer as a Membership Card when he/she applies for membership at a designated shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Designated Shop").
  • Upon receiving the Card issued to him/her, the Member shall immediately sign his/her name in the designated place on the Card and complete the registration process as specified by the Company. A Member shall keep and use the Card with the care of a good manager.
  • The Card shall not be used by any person except the Member who has signed his/her name in the designated place.

Article 3 (Use of Card)

  • Members may purchase merchandise at the Designated Shops by presenting their Card.
  • Members shall be granted privileges according to the total annual amount of purchases as set forth below.
    Please note that processing fees, repair charges, delivery charges, consumption tax, and purchases without presenting the Card are not included in the total annual amount of purchases.
    • Total Annual Purchases: 1,000,000 yen or more
    • Total Annual Purchases: More than 500,000 yen but less than 1,000,000 yen
    • Total Annual Purchases: More than 300,000 yen but less than 500,000 yen
    • Total Annual Purchases: 300,000 yen or less
  • Purchased amount is calculated in the previous year a year from period until the end of February in this year from March 1 and can use privilege that accepted purchased amount a year until the last day in February in the next year from March 1 in this year. But exchanging purchased amount with purchased amount from February 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017 (13 months) a year in 2016 and update on March 1, 2017.
  • A Member is entitled to receive the following privileges when he/she presents his/her Card. However, this may not apply if the Member has not completed membership registration as set forth by the Company.

Article 4 (Membership Privileges)

  • Points Reward
    • Each time a Member makes a purchase at a designated shop by presenting his/her Card, he/she will be awarded points according to the amount of such purchase.
    • When total use amounts of money per one time of shopping is more than 1,000 yen (tax-excluded), 2% or 5% of amounts of money or 7% or 10% of equivalency (depending on the annual purchased amount) is added to card for point. (OUTLET running a shop product and point rate of product targeted for sale sets to 0.5 percent uniformly.)
    • Applicable Shops: Designated Shops
    • Payment Method: Cash, gift certificates (including gift cards) accepted by the Company, and various credit cards. (Point service cannot be used in combination with any other privilege services.)
    • Points will expire 2 years after the date of the last purchase using the Card.
    • Points cannot be transferred to any other Member.
  • Redeeming Points
    • When there is request of member for member, in us, purchase point reduces the price of 1 yen every 1 point in use designation shop. In addition, a Member may receive a discount of 500 yen in exchange with 500 points at certain cafes.
    • Only a Member can redeem his/her points.
  • Purchases and transactions not applicable to points
    The following purchases and transactions will not be applied towards points.
    We appointed processing charges, repair charges, delivery charges, consumption tax, the purchase of TOMORROWLAND gift card and the product purchase except use designation shop in particular again.
  • Depending on the total annual amount of purchases, Members may be entitled to receive privileges other than points, as specified separately.

Article 5 (Change of registered information)

If cases of a change in the registered information, including but not limited to one's name, address, or phone number, the Member shall update the information from either the Member's site, by contacting TOMORROWLAND Customer Center, or in person at the Designated Shop. If such change are not submitted, the Member may not be able to receive his/her privileges. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Article 6 (Loss and Stolen Card)

  • If the Card is lost or stolen, the Member shall immediately request a reissue of the Card at a Designated Shop.
  • Points associated with the lost or stolen Card can only be redeemed after the Card holder's Member identification has been confirmed.
  • The Member shall be responsible for any consequences due to the lost or stolen Card.

Article 7 (Return of Merchandise)

When returning a purchased item, a Member shall present the Card.
When returning purchased merchandise for a refund, points associated with such purchase will be cancelled.

Article 8 (Prohibition of multiple Card possession)

A Member is not allowed to possess two or more cards.

Article 9 (Withdrawal of Membership)

A Member may withdraw his/her Membership at any time. Upon withdrawing, the Member shall return the Card to the Company.
Upon withdrawal of Membership, all remaining points will be cancelled.

Article 10 (Termination of Membership/Cancellation of Points)

In the event of any of the following items, Membership shall be forfeited and the Member's accumulated points shall be cancelled.

  • If the Card is not used for five years
  • If the Company determines that the Member has violated the Terms and Conditions.
  • In cases where the Company determines that the Member has violated the Terms and Conditions, the Company may reject a request for Membership re-application by such a Member.

Earned points shall automatically expire after 2 years from the date of the last purchase.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)

  • When accepting an application for Membership, the Company shall clearly state the purpose of obtaining personal information of the Member and obtain the consent of such prospective Member.
  • Personal information of the Members shall only be used to provide Members with information regarding the Company merchandise, services and any other relevant information.
  • The Company shall not provide or disclose personal information of a Member to any Company affiliates or third party without the prior consent of the Members or in cases where there are valid reasons for such disclosure.
  • In the event a Member requests disclosure, correction, suspension, or deletion of his/her personal information, the Company shall take the appropriate actions within a reasonable range, after confirming that such request was made by a Member.

Article 12 (Changes in Terms and Conditions, etc.)

In the event any changes are made to the Terms and Conditions, the Company shall notify the Members of such changes or publicly announce them (by posting the information on the Company's website for 30 days from the day such changes have been made). When a Member uses his/her Card after he/she has been notified of the above changes, or if a Member does not request to withdraw his/her Membership, the Company shall deem that the changes have been accepted.
